Returns Policy

  2. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photo evidence of the issue.
    • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
  3. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Non-perishable items may be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
  4. Return Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
